Unable to create and join world, XUI errors

Once I start generating a world eventually the console will pop up with the most common sight being XUI errors. I've heard something about this potentially being related to old mods, and tried deleting the roamingapp data folder (if that's what it was called) with no luck.

I played this game a ton during the initial "release" but really wanted to experience 1.0, so this is frustrating, to say the least.

same issue cant find any fixes. whenever i try to enter a world on ANY game version now i get infinite errors

XUI errors are usually caused by mods or not doing a full reinstall between each major update.

Mods can be installed in 2 different locations; appdata/roaming and the game installation folder (usually in steamapps/7 Days to Die). Check for the "Mods" folder and delete it if you have one.

Here are instructions on how to a full reinstall (which means doing more than just reinstall or verifying thru steam)

I did a search and a post from Reddit said to run the launcher and clean everything, just a fyi, do a backup of your saves, I didn't and lost all my saves, but I was able to make a new save game
