Supply Crate are not being dropped

I'm standing on a high vantage point, (Roofs, high hill, etc.) the plane comes and doesn't drop anything. After a few times of having this happen, I finally open the consol to see what is going on. The consol says the supply crate had the error "it fell off the world". However the supply crate does work correctly when I'm on ground level.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Mine are dropping but sometimes they just disapear, fall through map I guess.

Hey bud I am afraid the supply drops that I have seen do not work. I took advice from others and ran in the direction of the drop but after 20 minutes 3-4 times I had enough after finding nothing and now just ignore them until they are fixed. They need to make something in the game that the plane will try and aim for and the smoke needs to be more visible when it hits the ground.

For me, and someone I know also has the same problem as me, the supply drops sometimes don't drop. I don't see anything, only the plane. And when I look in the consol I get the "fell off the world error" for the crate enity....
Either I had just bad luck and its just random or the game doens't like me being on a high vantage point watching for the crates for whatever reason. not really sure which yet. I will try and find a building or build something that is somewhat tall height to see if it does again in a new game.
Either way it is still annouying as I lost two crates in a row due to the error; at the time my supply drops were set to every 3 days...

There are 2 different bugs... the planes not spawning bug... and the crate falling off edge of world bug. Actually the crate doesn't fall off the world, it never spawns under/near the plane.. it just spawns somewhere that is "not in the world".

Really wish they'd hotfix the airplane, supply crate and feral horde bugs... none of my friends playing these days so nothing to do except post here :(

I sometimes see 2 planes one drops the crate & the second plane looks like a return trip, no drop. I also have had problems with drops falling through the map & seeing if a full wipe & restart would fix it.

I've re-started 3 different times... the game starts off OK.. with feral hordes and airdrops during the 1st week at least.

But something happens... and they just stop coming. I'm hoping for a hotfix or something...
