I've never heard of a "commutative" update. I'm guessing you mean "cumulative." Regardless, I've played thousands of hours in this game and I've never had this happen. Did you happen to look at the game's log files to see what it was doing, or look at your computer's Event Viewer?

Does the game crash at the same point every time? What version of the game are you playing? Are you using Antivirus software? You should really provide more details if you want help.

What is the error code for the BSOD? Besides the Event Viewer and game log, you can press the keyboard's pause key at the BSOD and note down the error code.

Posting a logfile will help and save time.

Outdated drivers, maybe? Have you tried disabling your antivirus software to see if the problem persists?

This sounds like a overheating problem. You may have started having this issue after the cumulative update (which is always the 2nd week of the month), and so you are correlating the two together, but that could just be a coincidence.

Check your fans (case fans, cooler fan, GPU fan, etc). Make sure all of them are running and facing the right direction that create a constant airflow.

If all of them seem to be okay then I would check the thermal paste on the CPU. It may have been applied wrong, or dried out (which is very rare).

Jame's thank you for your help, unfortunately 2 months ago i had to replace my 2 fans on my XFX Radeon RX 580 Card, you can only put the fans in 1 way for them to Work, second i watch my fan speed and Heat like a Hawk, 7 days to runs at 60 c anything over 80 is a issue that would require a re-paste, ps this is the 2nd time i have replaced my Cards Fans, its a pain ,,,lol, but thank you again for your input !

Not sure what "403" means, because normally, a BSOD error code starts with: 0x (zero X) and then 8 characters. Eg: "0x0000001E" which is some sort of kernel error.

You can share your log file via pastebin.com - paste it in the big empty box at the top, then give it a name at the very bottom where it says "Paste Name / Title:", then share the URL here.

You said you can only put the fans in one way, correct? Are you sure they are facing in the right direction to create a constant airflow and are not fighting against other fans?

Also, are using liquid cooling? And is a closed or open system? Check the fluid and make sure it isn't leaking somewhere (it may even be slightly leaking in very small amounts).

If you are going thru that many fans as often as it seems then I would suggest cleaning them out on a regular basis. I personally use this instead of spray cans (since I have 3 cats and 2 dogs).

Yes, it's 50 bucks but it has more pressure and it lasts longer and pays for itself in the long run. According to amazon, I bought this on Mar 3, 2019 and it's still going strong.

Another thing I would suggest is the location of the computer. I don't know where you live and what the climate is like, or where you store your computer. But I would suggest keeping the computer away from anything that generates heat. This means a heat vent, furnace, etc. And also make sure you give the computer fans a chance to breath. Don't put it next to a wall or something that is going block the airflow.

Just a few suggestions is all.
