NOTE: If you do a Verify Integrity of Game Cache these saves and folder will re-appear thus requiring these steps again. This is likely to be a problem until a new build comes out.
In the Steam Client, Games Library
Right-Click 7 Days To Die
Select and click Properties
Select and click the Local Files tab
Click the Browse Local Files Button
Navigate to the \7 Days To Die\Data\Worlds\Navezgane folder by doing the following:
Double-click the Data folder
Double-click the Worlds folder
Double-click the Navezgane folder
If you see a folder called Saves, delete it.
its only the World i worked on there are 3 otheres but theres no problem
First Exit the game.
Start the game. Do NOT ALT+TAB.
Reproduce the problem.
Exit the game.
In the steam client.
Right Click 7 Days To Die and select properties
Click the Local Files Tab
Click the Browse local files button.
double-click the \7DaysToDie_Data\ folder
open output_log.txt
Copy all the contents (CTRL+A then CTRL+C)
paste the contents to http://pastebin.com
Reply with the link to that paste.
thanks for ur help mate :)
Are you absolutely sure you removed the two bogus savegames that get downloaded with the game? When I use NSLookup to resolve the brains subdomain, it comes back as 166.78.45.21 (i.e. the lookup succeeds). Either that is part of the way the game is designed, or it is part of those savegames (I'm unsure which).
Regardless - try running a cleaning tool like CCleaner, and turning on the DNS flag to clear your DNS cache. After it is done cleaning (not just analyzing), reboot, and then retry again.
Edit: It might also help to reboot your router (and even your ISP router if they are different). Your DNS resolution might be stale and need refreshing.
Can you provide more details on the save that has the issue loading. What is the name, what game mode, does the name and game mode show correctly in the menu for Continue Game?
It does not appear to even get very far in the loading process from what I can tell.
Correct me if I am wrong, but that log segment looks like you played some multiplayer before trying to load the save?
Also, is this the same save that you are connecting to when connected to the multiplayer server? You can't load it from locally while the dedicated server is also using it.
I'd make sure you did Red's first suggestion exactly as he typed it, in this post:
http://steamcommunity.com/app/251570/discussions/1/616189106388551723/?tscn=1411712289#c616189106388539256
If after that you can't load your problem save game, but you can load or make other ones, then the save (or your character data for that save) might be corrupt. We can try other things, but try the fix first.
