I had the same thing happen to me. I was not paying attention when I started the game and did not notice the 9.3x update added 2 save games to my list. Mygame and mygame1 both of those game saves are corrupt delete them then find the save game you where playing before and it should work fine.
As far as I know the latest patch accidentally included an instance of the old Save Game folder in the actual game directory with 2 bad saves in it, "My Game" and "My Game1". The updated game uses the My Documents folder for saving by default. As for the old folder path, it seems to cause MANY issues.
NOTE: If you do a Verify Integrity of Game Cache these saves and folder will re-appear thus requiring these steps again. This is likely to be a problem until a new build comes out.

In the Steam Client, Games Library
Right-Click 7 Days To Die
Select and click Properties
Select and click the Local Files tab
Click the Browse Local Files Button

Navigate to the \7 Days To Die\Data\Worlds\Navezgane folder by doing the following:
Double-click the Data folder
Double-click the Worlds folder
Double-click the Navezgane folder
If you see a folder called Saves, delete it.

Red is right in this case - in fact the recent hotfix re-introduced the two bogus savegames even if you'd previously deleted them and their folder. If you still have trouble, go back out and see if they are there, and blow them away again.
i deleted the Saves folder but its still the same problem :(
its only the World i worked on there are 3 otheres but theres no problem
Reproduce the problem:
First Exit the game.
Start the game. Do NOT ALT+TAB.
Reproduce the problem.
Exit the game.
In the steam client.
Right Click 7 Days To Die and select properties
Click the Local Files Tab
Click the Browse local files button.
double-click the \7DaysToDie_Data\ folder
open output_log.txt
Copy all the contents (CTRL+A then CTRL+C)
paste the contents to http://pastebin.com
Reply with the link to that paste.

I see this going on down near the bottom:

(Filename: Line: 1075) You are trying to load data from a www stream which had the following error when downloading. Could not resolve host: brains.7daystodie.com; Host not found (Filename: Line: 1075) 2118.025 Could not retrieve NAT Server!

Are you absolutely sure you removed the two bogus savegames that get downloaded with the game? When I use NSLookup to resolve the brains subdomain, it comes back as 166.78.45.21 (i.e. the lookup succeeds). Either that is part of the way the game is designed, or it is part of those savegames (I'm unsure which).

Regardless - try running a cleaning tool like CCleaner, and turning on the DNS flag to clear your DNS cache. After it is done cleaning (not just analyzing), reboot, and then retry again.

Edit: It might also help to reboot your router (and even your ISP router if they are different). Your DNS resolution might be stale and need refreshing.

Interesting problem. You said you have 3 other saves that load fine and only this one save gives that error?

Can you provide more details on the save that has the issue loading. What is the name, what game mode, does the name and game mode show correctly in the menu for Continue Game?

It does not appear to even get very far in the loading process from what I can tell.

Correct me if I am wrong, but that log segment looks like you played some multiplayer before trying to load the save?

Also, is this the same save that you are connecting to when connected to the multiplayer server? You can't load it from locally while the dedicated server is also using it.

I uploaded a Screenshot named NullReferenceException

That screenshot indicates you are playing a Survival Multi-player Game, and hosting as the server. Is that what you intended, or are you trying to make a standalone Single Player game?
i just want to play alone and build smth. I always played alone one all of my maps.

Anything else I might recommend is pretty extreme, since you say other save games work, but this one does not.

I'd make sure you did Red's first suggestion exactly as he typed it, in this post:
http://steamcommunity.com/app/251570/discussions/1/616189106388551723/?tscn=1411712289#c616189106388539256

If after that you can't load your problem save game, but you can load or make other ones, then the save (or your character data for that save) might be corrupt. We can try other things, but try the fix first.
I did exactly what red said theres no save folder anymore. I also did a Backup and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but there is still the same sh... What u mean ..but try the fix first.. sry im a noop in this situations

How old is the savegame that you are trying to load? Was it made with 9.1 or earlier?
might be with 9.1!
