Report a translation problem
1) Your data on that server (specifically yours) could be corrupted. I saw this just the other day. Might have to blow it away and start your char fresh (last resort).
2) Could be a firewall or AV solution is somehow filtering or messing with communications. Try turning them all off on your end.
3) You might want to reset your router and PC (both power off, router up first, PC up second). If you have a router from your ISP, it goes down as well for a reset.
4) You might want to rename your "My Documents\7 Days to Die\Saves" folder to OLDSaves, as it stores most of the client-side data in there, and it can get corrupted.
5) You should test your network communications, to make sure packets aren't being dropped by either your hardware or your ISP. Speedtest.net and Pingtest.net are useful in that regard.
There's more you could do, but start with that. Only consider the server data deletion for your character if we run out of options, or you don't care about starting the character over.
