What do you mean? Your profile has 1 screenshot of an inventory layout from A19.6. You maybe did not make that screenshot public?

Guessing he's got the yellow dot of doom. A know glitch where the final zeds in a clear quest are AWOL.

It's a bummer, but thankfully the trader rewards are usually trash, so all you missed out on was some Dukes, a choice of a book you already found, 2 grilled corn, or 5 glue.

You can quit the game while the quest is active, without failing it by leaving the area, and when you load in again you should have the quest marker to start the quest again. Hopefully next time the zombies will all load in but you will have to go through the POI again.
