Doors don't unlock

I've searched the conversations, and wondering if I'm the only one with this problem...
When I click on the key-hanger-rack found in many POI's, about 50% of the time, it doesn't trigger the door to unlock.

The likely situation is that you are in a POI that is installed on a server but is not installed locally into your client. There are known issues in that situation, including key racks not working. You can diagnose this by destroying the key rack and seeing if it unlocks the door. If so, that's the issue.

The times it does work are probably Vanilla POIs that are installed locally by default.

Happens to me as well. I only play solo, locally.

Tbh, this error isn't from multiplayer or anything, it comes from code, bcs if you try to do anything, it will not work

I play single player, no servers, no mods, totally vanilla.
