EAC = Easy Anti-Cheat
ACE has nothing at all to do with 7DTD.
ACE is the Anti-Cheat software for some other game on your system.
ACE also has issues with several other games as well...
Most likely, EAC and ACE don't like each other and think the other is "cheat software".
If there isn't an obvious way to close/disable ACE in whatever game is using it, try:
* Launch File Explorer
* Make Sure Hidden Files are Visible
* Go To: C:\Windows\System32\drivers
Disclaimer:
Do this carefully, as it "would be very, very bad" if you renamed the wrong file.
If you computer catches fire 'n explodes, refer to the above disclaimer...
* Find File: ACE.BASE.sys
* Rename this file to: ACE.BASE.sys.old
BTW: Rename this back whenever you want to re-enable ACE again
* Restart your computer
There are other ways to disable/remove the ACE software, but this one should allow you
to reverse the process should you ever need to re-enable the ACE software once again.
Good Luck.
