Buffs don't appear to stack
I ate some raw meat and got sick from it. However, I ate more before the timer counted down from the first helping and it did not add additional time or any bad effects but still filled my hunger. So as of now you get sick from the first raw meat you eat and then can exploitively chow down on seconds and thirds with no additional penalties.

I assume that effect will be the same for the coffee buzz. ( haven't tried it yet ) Drink one and the second will not reset the timer.. So I guess it's best to let the timer run out and then drink coffee again for a quick coffee rush.

Not a bug (caffiene buzz stacks, food poisoning doesn't, by design):
<buff id="CoffeeStaminaBoost" duration="90" name="Caffiene Buzz" description="A nice rush of energy." icon="buff_icon_coffee" stack="extend"> <modify stat="stamina" amount="1" rate="1" type="staminaUp"/> </buff> <buff id="foodPoisoning" duration="90" name="Food Poisoning" description="You feel sick to your stomach." icon="buff_icon_food_poisoning"> <modify stat="stamina" amount="-2" rate="1" type="sickness"/> <modify stat="health" duration="30" amount="-1" rate="1" type="sickness"/> </buff>

Not a great design in my opinion since it is clearly exploitable. The debuff for eating a raw piece of venison is not too steep to begin with. Since I can replenish health eating additional raw meat without the timer extending or any additional ill effects it makes it too easy to just eat it raw. Within 4-5 minutes of rl time after the debuff timer ends and you stop losing health your health bar is replenished. One drink of water after the timer ends gets your stamina back up to where it was.

Maybe the ill effects shouldn't stack but the debuffing timer should at least be restarted each time you eat another piece of food that gives the food poisoning status. The best option would be to ADD additional time to the timer....
