Unable to join any server or start a new game

hi.

i am unable to join any server, get a server time out error after about 5 secs


and unable to launch a new single player game.
when i try to start a new game i get red error codes

i have verififed games file, unistalled and reinstall 7dtd yet this keeps happening.

PC
10900k @5.2ghz
32 gb ram @ 3600mhz
samsung 970 pro m.2

Exception: Accessing GetSaveGameLocalDir while GameGuidClient is notyet set

that is the red error code i get when i try to start a new single player game

Sounds like security software is preventing the game from writing to the save folder. Usually because you failed to exclude it from the software. Instructions are in the Pinned Troubleshooting thread. (The specific feature doing this is likely the randsomware protection, but the client should be fully excluded from all security services.)

ok, so if i try to connect to this one PVE server i get the error then im unable to join another server or start a single player game till ive shut down 7dtd and relaunch it.
i can join any other server first and single player but as soon as i join this 1 server it corrupts
