Toolbelt scrolling speed

After the most recent patch I have been getting this issue where when I use the mouse wheel to change what is selected on the toolbelt the selection moves so fast that it looks like a slot machine. I have tried reducing the mouse scroll speed settings and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no change.

Have you updated your mouse drivers? I had that problem, too, but updating to the latest Logitech drivers fixed the problem.

I found the issue with my logitech mouse setpoint software. After looking into what you suggested I found that redownloading the drivers would reset that software to its defaults and uncheck the smooth scrolling option. I did not redownload the drivers but simply turned off that option and found this issue got resolved so thanks for the help!
