24H2 the "intermittent freeze" has returned.

heyo..

i realize.. to many possibilities here. running 9700x, 64g ram, everything top spec. had no issues with 23H. v*. immediately updating to 24H2 and the dreaded intermittent freezing (millisecond freezing) starting showing up again. haven't tried cleaning the game data as of yet. nothing else fixes the issue. have had this issue before, on a different rig but v1.0 fixed it at the time. have no other issues running game on max settings.. easily handled.
