Lag spikes in 1.0 b316

I am getting lag spikes or frame stutters whatever you want to call it every 10 seconds or so during game play. I did not have this issue in the previous beta build. I've played with my AMD Adrenalin settings and basically turned them all off. I am running an RX 7900 GRE. I dropped the game quality to lowest but no matter what I do the frame stutters are still there. I am testing on my dedicated server which is on the same network as me. No one else on my server is having issues. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

i am having the same, it seems like they made the fps worse. i honestly don't think they did enough to say this is a full release or out of alpha. It seems the exact same as before but better graphics and worse performance
