Grover High spawn

It's not every time but there is a missing spawn point on occasion on the outside edge of the roof. Thinking it might be a vulture spawn that is too far off to the side so it can't load properly.

I had the same yellow dot outside near the roof where you have to exit & enter back into the building & couldn't clear it. It might be due to my Tier 6 Assassins armor so when I try that quest again, Im going to go loud at certain points.

I have the same assassin build but it is sometimes it spawns and sometimes doesn't.

That place is bugged, I dont do it anymore, done it 5-6 times and it only worked the first time. That poi has the most zombies that spawn also in a big area, if some zombies go far away from you I think they despawn and dont spawn back.
