Friended, allied and in party/group?

Ask her to check her game general settings, make sure auto share and auto accept quests is enabled?

It's enabled by default, there should not be any reason to toggle anything like that. Make sure you're properly partied up by hitting the i key, send a friend request as well, and it should be fine.

Otherwise, hit O to open the quests menu, and just share it via the menu.

True, but could be the reason why it doesn't work for her while it works for everyone else in their group. From reading OP I gathered they are friended, allied and probably partied up, because it works for everyone else.

That person would have had to deliberately toggle it to off, it's not a bad suggestion to check it by any means, but entirely unlikely that anyone would cognitively see that option and choose to disable it, and then act completely confused as to why, or how it could possibly be that they can't do quests with friends.

Wasn't trying to discredit your suggestion in any way, double checking that setting is a good idea when faced with this issue, but it just seems so unlikely. I suppose you really can't put anything past anyone though lol
