These folders won't be uninstalled by just deleting the game.
You should also provide your full specs for any kind of technical issue + additional infos like:
do you play single or multiplayer, modded or vanilla and all these basic infos.

No mods, just pure vanilla. Single player only. No recording or streaming.
Never messed with any config folders. Not too big on messing around with things I do not know about lol.
Only other thing of note is when Zombies get close does it get worse, even if only 1 or 2 in the area.
As mentioned above, can run Rust on max settings and still get 90-100 frames on a 1000 pop server with no issues.
Have ran 7D2D with no issues for years until 1.0. Have plenty of games to play and kill time, but this is just my go-to for simple entertainment.

that's a recommended step from the devs for every new major update.
If this doesn't help try setting it fullscreen, disable EAC or a different graphics api like vulcan available in the 7d2d startup program settings.
