1.0 Experimental BUG - Night Vision Goggles glitch on the Steam Deck

Equipping then enabling night vision decreases the brightness of the screen (no net gain in visibility in dark settings), no green hue is added (if that's still a thing in this version anyway), no decrease in field of view from wearing the goggles, in addition and possibly the worst part is that it hides your hands/weapons so it makes melee combat significantly more difficult.
