Report a translation problem
In fact, in simply resume both game version use same names fonction but the code writed in the registry are not the same & so that do a problem...
So to avoid conflict with different version:
- Go in Windows registre here "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die".
- Delete only "7 Days To Die" (right click on it) .
- Launch 7DTD a21, set all setting options & then quit.
- Return to the registre & export the key "7 Days To Die" (right click on it) with name "7DTD a21.reg".
- Re-delete only "7 Days To Die" (right click on it).
- Launch 7DTD v1.0, set all setting options & then quit.
- Return to the registre & export the key "7 Days To Die" (right click on it) with name "7DTD v1.0.reg".
- Now each time you want to play & mix between different version of 7DTD, you must restore the good ".reg" & done, setting will have no problem & without always to have to set all setting manually.
Becarefull with Windows registre, only delete what I said, don't do more/less than what I said to fix the problem & that don't need to be a pro-geek PC for that, just be logic...
But if you are afraid to do something wrong with Windows registry, you can use 7DTD launcher tools to to clean it (only choose "game setting")... But at the same, you need/must to do it every time when you change a version game & the most, you need to re-do all setting eachtime manually.
