my over 30 hour world got deleted alpha 20

i was playing and upgrading my base then outta no were game my crashes witch is normal it happened like 3 times on my world and i let my PC run the error like always and outta no where i get back on to find my world not there im truly upset cause i was trying to get all achievements on that world and i only have 1 achievement that takes time and that's game stage 500 i don't know what to do now cause it took so long to get to game stage 294, can anyone help me please??

It's not normal at all for the game to crash so frequently. You should first fix the problems you have with your system and then play again, or it will keep happening.

it happens to all my friends as well and tbh i think its normal just not this time because something went wrong and my world was fully deleted

So you're saying that there's an entire group of people (your friends) who frequently crashes on the latest version of the game, and no one in your group ever tried to open a bug report with the devs?

How come I can play however long I want and I never crash then?

Is my computer somehow magical? Or, maybe I'm just lieing because I'm a "fanboy"!
From what I hear on this forums, even those playing Coop don't seem to consider the game crashing like a "normal" thing. There must be something wrong with your computers and/or with the server you're connecting to maybe.

Either way I suggest you, or one of your friends go on the official 7D2D forums[community.7daystodie.com], subscribe, and open a bug report following the instructions. That would help the devs make the game more stable in future patches.

umm well where not smart when it comes to computers but i have taken pics of the error codes so i could try to find the problem but you have to realize over 30 hours only crashed 3 to 4 times i have a great pc and that's really it i can play any game max output in game but sometimes i have a game that crashes frequently like cod 3 modded zombies and this game is usally buggy for me ive been playing this game for a very long time but started on ps bf pc, so its not that much of a bother to me i can see how this can irritate you, seeing someone be stupid and not do a bug report or crash report but again it never bothered me tell it deleted my world

It's probably not deleted, just corrupted. In this forum there is a pinned topic "Basic Troubleshooting and Common Issues". One of the posts describes a "Possible Fix for a Corrupted Save". That may help you.

I have had maybe one crash in an embarrassing number of hours in this game but I still make regular backup copies of my saves. A simple 3 line windows batch file on the desktop means I always have two recent backups. On SSD it only takes seconds to run before every game session.

yea so remember how i said im not that smart well found the save file looked muche different from his though and i broke the world to the point of no return i think im done playing this game, but thanks for trying help me out frfr
