Yeah, tried that. I went even lower. Just saw the new update so I'll try again. Thanks
Although overall it seems pretty much the same to me, as well. A tad brighter in terms of me leaving the game "brightness" at default vs. raising it a tiny bit.
Even if it's "not your monitor" etc, the changes could mean altering settings on TV/monitor could still help.
there was also a worldglobal.xml in the Config folder that you could fiddle with. Some people liked to use it because of "too dark", before - maybe if you did the opposite now? Haha.

That's it exactly. I did sort some of the issue out by fiddling more with the settings but yeah, the FPS is not good at all with the settings I'm using. Next time I play I'll screen shot them. There was a small update and that might have been what improved the visuals.
BandAid Fix[/b]: I can't believe I'm saying this on a native linux client, but....Force the game to run with proton (I used Experimental). Sorted.

Probably not since the OP didn't mention using Linux. That was another person. However, if Linux is using Vulcan, that could still be the issue and you should try another option. Been too long since I used Linux for me to remember what those options were.
