Surrounded by moving cliff walls
2 of my saves have suddenly broken maps. It has essentially boxed me in visually with cliffs that move with me. If you manage to get out of the box, you find weird glitches like forests of floating trees or buildings cut in half, sunken in the ground. Its wild. All vanilla, never any mods installed. Only started happening like last week and have over 120+ hours

You could try re-creating the map... if you remember exactly all the details for settings you used when generating it.

So, you'd go into your users folder under the ...\Appdata\Roaming\7d2d\Generated Worlds\ folder and look for the folder named after the county / territory you are playing in. This is the map data for your current game save. Move it out to your documents folder or wherever for safe keeping. Then load up 7d2d, go to generate a new map and set the seed name and all the other settings to exactly how you'd set them with the original map. Once that is generated, you can exit out of 7d2d. Re-launch and continue your game save. It'll be a little slow to load up at first and you'll probably have lost some building work. But, it should be a working map at that point... unless your issue is deeper rooted into your ...\Saves\ data.

If that didn't work, you still have your original map data folder you can swap back... overwriting the newly generated map data. It's up to you ofc.
