Is the icon still on your compass? This means it’s most likely down at bedrock. Start digging!
1) Log completely out, then back in.
2) Move AWAY from the area where your bike disappeared, then return
I have had bikes (due to poor collision detection) actually merge with a brick building. Lost one bike - three in-game days later it popped back up.
3) If you suddenly start sinking (like you're driving in quicksand), BACK UP, then STOP. The game is not well optimized and it's having trouble loading "chunks" (Data, not puke....although)
Whatever the reason, if the game is interrupted for any reason (crash, power cut, whatever) it's very likely that there will be problems with the save. The vehicle disappearing is a common one. All the items on your toolbar disappearing is another. Anything is possible up to and including the savegame being corrupted to the point of being unusable.
Your bike might be somewhere else in the gameworld. It might be buried deep underground. Or it might have gone completely. You might find it by chance or you might not. It might be where the map icon says it is or it might not.
Your best bet would be to use debug mode to spawn yourself a replacement bike. If you make it the same as the one you lost to the crash then you haven't gained anything so it's not any kind of cheating.
I think the debug mode console command would be: giveself vehicleBicyclePlaceable
(replace 'Bicycle' with 'Motorcycle' if that's what your bike was).
and do not forget about drones .... those multiply like rabbits
but to OP leave the area you lost it in and go back ( you might need to backtrack a bit, this is how i found mine i lost .... a few times a whole zone of backtracking having a minibike as backup is nice in those times.
