Toolbar disappeared

I was playing with two friends when my connection started spiking for a minute, I logged out because i was stuck on top of a minibike and when I logged in again my whole toolbar disappeared. I had to craft from scratch all my top tier tools and weapons. Very annoying and potentially game breaking

Well....first of all.....never log off while on / in a vehicle. That use to flat out corrupt your save causing all kinds of silly results upon continuing the game. Some of that issue has since been fixed but, it's still not a good idea. Should always get out / off the vehicle, step back from it, check inventory, exit, then leave game. Checking the inventory kind of causes a save at that point (I think if I'm interpreting some data right) and isn't necessary but, may help.

As to the tool belt missing items..... kind of sounds like the game may have flagged you as dying in the corruption of it all.....and maybe you have client settings to lose the tool belt items upon death. That's just a guess. At any rate, when you have a crappy connection with a MP server, it'll cause synchronization issues and can corrupt the file save for the player on the server side......which can lead to odd things happening like this upon resuming your game. No big deal though as your new saves will overwrite that bad save action. If this happens though and you can no longer get back on that server...... means the server side save got too corrupted and the admin will have to delete it most likely.

I didn't have a choice to log off or not from "inside" the minibike.
