logs keep opening!

I haven't ever had issues with the command log showing up till now. now I can't take 2 steps without it opening up. I HATE it! (i won't get rid of the game for it is one of my favorite games ever. just really wish I could play my game.)

Same issue. And I know damn well the mods I have aren't causing it. It seems to happen every time I go near a POI. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying and it needs to be fixed.

Mods aren't causing the issue, it's either POIs or something else, it's not on our end.

a friend had me go and delete the 7 days to die folder. then uninstall it and reinstall it. shockingly it now works great

You have no way of knowing that. Try a clean install without mods, as mary-wink here did.

I know for a fact it's not mods because I experienced a similar issue. Every time I go near a POI, I get spammed with the same error. When I get away from the POI, I stop getting spammed with the same error, therefore I know damn well mods aren't causing the issue.

BUT I will try that. It couldn't hurt to do so. Maybe your suggestion might work.

I realize this is an old thread, but this is happening to me DURING A BLOOD MOON. i can't place or shoot anything without the scrolling log screen freezing my screen. there's no way to close or escape out of the screen and there's no key combo that consistently causes this. any suggestions
