Stun baton not stunning

Any reason? It works on and off, I have done like 6 heavy attack in a row but no stunning, thoughts?

You need to charge the stun baton attacking a few times, then the baton will charge and become 'sparkly' and then it will stun in the next attack, using the charge.
Then you start again.

Yep, it has worked, like i said I had hit 6 heavy attacks in a row, doesn't charge. Should only be two heavy attacks to charge. It's odd

That's weird, for me is working normally. At least until the last time I played, yesterday.

I am currently having an issue with my stun baton not charging either. I started spec'd into perception but then drank a fergettin elixir and spec'd into int. Wondering if it had something to do with that?
