Been getting alot of crashes lately but this one is the first with a log.

This makes no sense. You will need to post your system information. OS, CPU, GPU, RAM etc.
First impression is that you have too little memory to run the game properly.

funny thing is i have 18 gigs of ram. and i run 64 bit but i cant run the 64 bit version of the game im stuck runing the 32 bit

Everything looks good. Are your video drivers up to date? When did this all start? Have you tried verifying the game cache or cleaning old save data?
