It's been solved countless of times in the past, there's literally at least two on each page streching back atleast 3 years.
Here's the short and long of it:
1) Make sure you aren't using any 3rd party screen overlays like MSI Afterburner.
2) Make sure your drivers aren't from windows update but from nvidia themselves. In fact never let windows update handle nvidia drivers. They've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up 5 times in a year. That's way more than 3 strikes. Instead download them straight from Nvidia themselves and make a clean install (make sure you temporarly disable any 3rd party antivirus while installing).
3) Since you failed to mention it, make sure your geforce experience haven't defaulted to on-board graphics.
Bonus points;
4) While you are at it, white-list the steam games folder in your antivirus.
5) And for the love of the diety you pray to, disable opengl in the launcher. It's for Mac & Linux. The only time one might consider it on a windows machine is when the game has the "ID Software" logo in it.
edit:
6) In the future: Error logs goes on pastebin, link goes here. Makes reading and references so much easer.
