It happened to me too hehehe

In my case it happened 2 times. One time my motorcycle appeared after I crafted one and randomly in a part of the map i haven't explored yet.

The second time it was buried. I used the DM to check and it was below the terrain.

Until they release A20.1 we'll all get this kind of behavior.

Faatal said that apparently there's a bug in Unity that re-calculates the origin of the world (whatever that is) at random intervals screwing object positions and also causing the dreaded turret glitching through blocks bug.

He's already found a way to minimize the issue in the future (almost to zero).
Corssing fingers.

When I don't see the vehicle on my map, it's often at the last place I parked it. Backtracking works really well for me.

I found the bike but it was 500 meters away from where I had parked it
