Cannot connect EOS

HI all

i have a big issue i (my gf) cannot connect EOS :
so she cannot play with me or any public server doesn't even see menu

her web connection work well (curently using teamviewer)

You can disable EOS (Epic Online Services) for both of you allowing you to connect only through use of your steam ID.

Edit this file: \steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\platform.cfg

and change the contents to look like this:
platform=Steam
crossplatform=
serverplatforms=Steam


This will disable EOS for your game. Some ISP's especially those of universities have a block on EOS. Others are blocked by things like PiHoles. Ones crossplatform comes out I doubt you will be able to play with others without having EOS encode your steam ID for the game but I hope this helps.
