G portal server issue - after update. Bugged

Was playing on the server and got timed out randomly, checked g portal server and it was bugged. Stopped the server and done a restart and now anytime we try join it says server is still initialising but we have left it for hours and still the same. Repaired it also and it still has the same issue. Not sure whats happened to the server.

If anyone else has had this issue let me know ! thanks
