how to disable co-op cheat via console command?

hi guys.
can someone help me out here. i'm playing single game, no servers, but with the option for one more friend to join. now, i do belileve that my friend is using the console commands for cheating, while i hate it to cheat. i talked to him not to, but i cannot see or proof it if he does cheat or use the console commands. i disabled cheat mode in the options. now i need to catch him cheating to confront him or i need to disable the console commands somehow. is it possible?

so frustrating. he is filling up our storages with stuff, no effort. time management is off. it's like i'm cheating too. if we go on a quest than its all fine, but i know he is using cheat mode somehow. some very strong indicators:
1. lately he was doing a quest during the night in the wasteland. and he was not hurt even once. i was observing his health bar on the top left
2. i asked him to craft a stack of iron spike traps. we had around 1000 iron bars in our storages. after around an half gameday (around 45min in real life) we have now 3 stacks of iron bars+ 5 stacks of spiked traps in our storages. and i believe strongly that we had not that much in our only 2 forges melted!

and there is much more...

he is 20 levels below me. i'm around lvl60 now. i get hurt in wasteland almost every time, during the night pretty much everytime, especially while questing.

so frustrating and sad. he is ruining the fun. all the time i m spending to looting and harsvesting with better perks, he has better gear and more resources at the end of the day...

i just need to prevent him from using the console to force him to enjoy the game together. i dont wanna kick him out.

The true answer is more why you cheat too... Because if you friend don't use any hackcheat but he can do, well that's mean you set your own game party option with cheat mode ON...

i don't cheat at all. i hate it like i mentioned before. cheat mode is definately off in the options at least. but i cannot turn off the console commands right? (actually it's my question how to turn that off? - possible or not?) even when the option is on 'cheat off' i still can use the console commands (for example dm, cm). it's singleplayer + 1 friend allowed to join to my private server on my pc - no rented or dedicated servers here. when i turn off the game it's off, he cannot be on the server anymore. maybe you misunderstood something

Arf, I miss to complete my answer, forget this:

Try edit:
C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\serveradmin.xml

& in the section <permissions> add this:
<permission cmd="dm" permission_level="0" />
<permission cmd="cm" permission_level="0" />
& ect for any command to cheat...

I'm not sure if it's correct because I don't use it...

Are you granting him admin privileges? If so you'll want to stop doing that, because all he has to do is type "cm" and it turns cheat mode on/off.

If thats not the case, then there's a good chance he's using hacks. We had someone from our Discord join our server and found out he was using WeMod. We saw him flying across the map despite it being his first day on (like faster than a gyrocopter), we gave him bottles of acid to craft a chemistry station and it did it instantly (despite taking 13 minutes to do so), and he had high quality items that were outside of his loot stage.

You would have had to intentionally given him admin privileges.

If by some miracle you accidentally did this, open up your command console (F1) and type
admin remove [playername/player ID]. (If you're not sure of the player id, type ldi in the command console and it will tell you.)
Example: admin remove austinjovi

This will remove all admin privileges from him. If he's still somehow doing this then it's definitely a hack or mod

If he is using admin commands you can see it in the F1 menu if you have admin.. if you are not seeing him turn CM on and off he's likley using a mod or something.

i cannot see him in f1 menu. at least i wasnt able to find him. i see only my actions, not his...
what i dont really get is, that from my side i didnt do anything actively to allow or forbid him or even for me to do something...
when i start a new game i do it via options menu in the game. i dont mod or adjust any data with other programms. in conclusion i actually dont know what "...if u have admin" really means. i guess i do, because i start the private SP game with the option 1 friend only can join my game.
i never use the console commands unless i get stuck in a block, bugs or when i fall through terrain... so i'm a total noob in F1 thingie. if i open it up i dont really know what to search for. but i never saw his name appearing as long as i remember correctly. i need to pay more attention to it...
