Some more information would be nice :)
dxdiag gamelogs etc.
How-to report an issue!

all drivers up to date? incl gpu chipset etc.
test it with http://download.cnet.com/Driver-Booster/3000-18513_4-75992725.html

first i see your pagefile is complete full
10854 MB paging file [1 MB free].
ajust it to a higher value

also you could try the 32bit mode (just for testing)
right click on 7dtd in steam libary ---> show game launcher

some firewalls and antivirus can also cause access violations
try disable them

if u are realy unlucky.. ram may damaged
test it with http://www.memtest86.com/

for the logs:

If you get an Oops message with a crash folder/date {applies only to crashes}
{No Ooops/crash folder message, see next section after the OR}:
In the steam client.
Right Click 7 Days To Die and select properties
Click the Local Files Tab
Click the Browse local files button.
You should see a folder with the date of the crash
go into that folder, open output_log.txt Or the latest output_log_<DATETIME>.txt where <DATETIME> is the last date/time found in the filename.
Copy all the contents {CTRL+A then CTRL+C}
paste the contents to http://pastebin.com
Include the link to that paste.

OR
If you do not get an Oops message with a crash folder/date
{applies to crashes and all other issues}:
Use the following procedure to reproduce the problem:
First Exit the game or make sure the game is not running.
Start the game. Do NOT ALT+TAB.
Reproduce the problem.
Exit the game.
In the steam client.
Right Click 7 Days To Die and select properties
Click the Local Files Tab
Click the Browse local files button.
double-click the \7DaysToDie_Data\ folder
open output_log.txt Or the latest output_log_<DATETIME>.txt where <DATETIME> is the last date/time found in the filename.
Copy all the contents {CTRL+A then CTRL+C}
paste the contents to http://pastebin.com
Include the link to that paste.

It didn't seem like any of the drives I was updating would cause or affect it but something did the trick :D
