Stuck at a loading screen?

I have a friend who gets stuck in a loading screen on damn near every server. There's one hosted server he can join and that is it. After reinstalling he managed to load an old save, but once he died he was stuck with the loading screen again. Reading old threads we've tried many things, but those are all from older patches. Reinstalling the game, deleting saves, no EAC... Still nothing seems to work. I've had another friend join my games and they have no problems. Any ideas what could be causing this?

The Easy Anti Cheat software should be added to the exceptions of your firewall and av software *not Disabled unless you wanna cheat.

Infinite loading screens- is what you should be looking for- However the web is flooded with xbox and ps4 crap right now so good luck there-

If I had to guess I would say any one of three things could be happening-

1: His router is blocking ports required to run the game- and the ports need forwardeded in all formats, since information on the forwarding file structure is not listed-

Ports:
26900 (the game) -Note you may wanna add ports for the player cap also like
8080 (thecontrol panel)
8081 (the telenet)
-Note you may wanna add ports for the player cap also like 26900 - 26908 for an 8 man server or through 26900 -26932 for a 32 man, not sure if this applies to the server host but it is somthing to check into.

2: He doesnt have Exceptions in windows firewall for the ports or game file exceptions in the antivirus system- note the appdata files are hidden.

3: His PC is hanging on the loading screen due to driver malfunctions - Update drivers (mobo to from the motherboard website- mob can be identified in bios), frame work and direct x.
