Skills bug!

In my skills under Pack Mule it is showing up as 2/5 with the 2 in red. It should be 3/3. I have not died recently and I am not suffering from any ailments. I have relogged many times and restarted the game. It has been stuck like that for a few hours now and it is really annoying as I am constantly encumbered.
If anyone knows of a way to fix this error I would be extremely grateful.

My best guess is when you upgraded to 17.2 you had that debuff and its bugged now.

Suicide usually fix those issues

Or you upped your pack mule skill while under the influence of a strenght bonus. Look at the requierement for level 3 pack mule and your actual strenght.

A screenshot of the skills screen would go a long way to helping answer why.

A number of buffs will reduce your stats, which then turn off those skills which require said stats. Pay attention to your character state.

Your issue is almost definitely cause by buying the perk while wearing + stat glasses or a cigar and then later unequipping it.

You can buy a perk with a temporary stat-boosting item, even though it no longer works when you remove said item.

Either re-equip the item that gives +1 to the needed attribute or add a point to that attribute.

You are better off making a new thread instead of necroing.
