First, if you're seeing a split-secondish freeze or lag that's happening roughly every couple minutes, I think that's the UnityEngine garbage/cleaning and state saving thingy. They've been working on making it less noticeable, but that might be what you're seeing if it's spaced out like this rather than happening randomly and frequently.

If the freezes/lag is happening more frequently than minute or two spacings and feels more random:

You aren't running multiple monitors are you?
Sometimes this can cause strange problems with 7Days so you might want to temporarly unplug all but the main screen to see if it gets any better...if you're using more than one.

Occlusion ON and TextureStreaming OFF can sometimes make parts of the game a little glitchy, so turning Occlusion OFF and TextureStreaming ON from the main menu options might be something to try.

In the game's Sound Options, try turning EnableVoiceChat OFF..click apply.
For some folks having the in-game voicechat on hits performance. I haven't experienced this personally, but turning it off shouldn't hurt anything if you aren't using it anyway.

Parts of the game can look jittery when you move side-to-side without VSYNC or something similar turned on, though this doesn't sound like what you're seeing.

Is this happening in singleplayer?

Thanks for listing your PC specs btw. I'll never understand why folks hesitate to share them even when they're weaker parts...you're going to have to tell us eventually if you want any real help, so just get it out of the way lol.

Thanks for the reply. No it happens every now and then it isnt frequently but i do have a 2nd monitor on while playing.

Yes its single player, I just watched a you tuber JaWoodle and it happened in one of his YouTube videos so im guessing its the problem with UnityEngine as you said.

Update, Just played for just over 2 hours with 2nd monitor switched off (not unplugged) and Occlusion OFF and TextureStreaming ON and not a single stutter or any thing, fingers crossed thats all it needed. Thanks again.

Now you get to try with your second monitor back on to see if it works or if it stutters.

There's not much reason to turn Occlusion ON nor much reason to turn TextureStreaming OFF, so I'd leave those like you have them right now...but seeing if turning the other monitor back on affects it or not should be interesting.

Thanks for updating.
