Changed pc saves gone

Hey guys, i changed pc recently and now all my saves are gone, is there anyweay to get them back?

App data is a hidden folder
Copy the folder from your old pc to the new pc

Is the hard drive in the old computer dead? Because if only the motherboard or power supply died then you can still get everything off the old HDD. There's usb to sata connectors for $10. Then just plug the old drive into a usb port on the new comp.

or buy direct a decent dockingstation where you can make in future your backups (i use for that my old Hdd´s)
