Green tint screen flickering
Anyone else getting a screen flicker with a green tint? I dont have the issue when running on low but it starts on medium quality and up. I am running a Macbook Pro with an egpu (rx580). I have played around with the settings and nothing helps outside of dropping the quality.

Macs seem to have an issue related to ReflectionQuality right now. The workaround is to turn ReflectionQuality OFF.
Hopefully it'll get fixed soon. I think this also affects Linux users.
