continue game.. grayed out start button, won't start !! please halp !!

Hey folks! When I go to start a continued game.. the start button is grayed out and not selectable, and the session won't start. I'm on linux. never had this issue before. Anyone know what gives ??

Same thing happened to me. Apparently it won't load saves from a previous major release cuz it would cause corruptions.

I thought it might have something to do with that. Is there any way to switch back to the previous version ?? I don't really care about the update... just want to get back to the game I started.

Right click on 7dtd in your library/properties/beta and select the version you want. simple
