Seems like i have the same issue with other games which also uses EasyAnticheat. How can i fix? I tried repair, uninstall and reinstall of EAC but it didn't help.

Make sure your firewall and/or anti virus is not blocking EAC. Typically you would have to make a rule to allow it to run. Many AV programs will flag it a virus (a false positive) just due to the invasive nature of the program itself.

Worst case you cannot get it going you can still contact EAC about it, or just disable it in the launcher and game on. You won't be able to join servers using EAC if you do this however. That said EAC is useless 3rd party shovelware anyhow so no real loss there...
