webpanel and allocfixes doesnt work

i cant open webpanel its 8080，allocfixes icant Login to see random gen map

Installed the mod
In Mod folder
Allocs_CommandExtensions
Allocs_CommonFunc
Allocs_WebAndMapRendering

In serverkonfig.xml

And/or grant yourself a admin level high enough to see anything

And if yu see no login, maybe you have a Scriptblocker
