"Launch error. Access is denied."

I have set the view distance form 9 to 12, restart the game. Then it wouldn't launch. "Launch error. Access is denied". I have verified integrety of game files, tried to launch 32 bit version, tried to launch without eac, checked that compatability modes and run as administrator were unchecked, deleted the game and reinstalled it, it still doesn't launch.

Probably an Antivirus issue, whitelist 7 days to die and you should be fine, which one do you use?

I use Avast Pro Antivirus. 7dtd is added to avast gamelist. I have also tried to turn off all avast functions and launch the game,- no result.

yeah ive started to have this issue for the past 24hrs, I've tried to reinstall easyanticheat, disable my antivirus and everything with no luck

Hi, since some months, they did an update and the saves was corrupted. You should try to delete your saves and launch the game. My friend do that and his problem was fixed, but not completly (he still have some errors), at least he can play now.
