Report a translation problem
If that is not it read "How to Report an Issue" (the pinned thread) provide the info outlined there and we can get to sorting out the issue.
i have that enabled so not the problem. and i would love to report the issue but with my learning disorder all that is written there that tells you how to report an issue is way beyond what i can understand. i started reading it and got so confused.
To sum it up.
You need to provide your system specifications (OS,CPU,GPU,RAM amount)
Any crash logs get uploaded to pastebin (for free) and linked here.
So far as how to create such a log I cannot simply that anymore than in that thread. Which is as follows
Use the following procedure to reproduce the problem:
First Exit the game or make sure the game is not running.
Start the game. Do NOT ALT+TAB.
Reproduce the problem.
Exit the game.
In the steam client.
Right Click 7 Days To Die and select properties
Click the Local Files Tab
Click the Browse local files button.
double-click the \7DaysToDie_Data\ folder
open output_log.txt Or the latest output_log_<DATETIME>.txt where <DATETIME> is the last date/time found in the filename.
Copy all the contents {CTRL+A then CTRL+C}
paste the contents to http://pastebin.com
Include the link to that paste.
Good luck.

Found by using the search function with the keyword "backup" like so:

mine was multiplayer online and when i started the game and found it had reset it made a save then. my backups are just copys of the save so that didnt work. but thanks for the suggestion
3 problems already. i dont kno how to find my system specs and im not sure what you mean by recreate the problem. if your meaning have my charcter reset again then i dont kno how to do that as i dont kno whats causing it and it isnt happening frequently. and my game isnt crashing when it happens.
I may suggest either learning about PC's then or sticking to console gaming in that case,
Also just checked where I was when I logged off and no Backpack sadly...
Genuinely gonna stop playing this game after that. I just can't believe this is actually a thing that can happen
PC crashes are most commonly down to hardware and/or drivers. It's probably more fair to say "PC crashed when I was playing" than "Game crashed my computer". Start with Windows Event Viewer and 7's crash logs and go from there.
