to clarify are you experience FPS lag or rubber banding or delay in interacting with menus?

no like the game its self is lagging quite a bit, i some what figured it out, the zombies are all loaded in a big radius lagging the living ♥♥♥♥ out of my game without dropping my fps, its like im rubber banding without actually rubber banding, its confusing but thats whats is happening

Got the same problem a while ago, thought the engine was shidding itself or something but I just forgot to disable v-sync which seems to be very weirdly buggy in this game, so try that it might work.

I doubt it being a vsync issue has i use vsync and haven`t had any stuttering or lag issues, although i do have it capped at 60hz due to monitor refresh rate being 60hz. Oh although i don`t use the ingame vsync i use nvidia`s control panel vsync has it wasn`t capping my frames to 60.

If you are using the ingame vsync i suggest turning it off and using the vsync found in the nvidia panel has there is something weird going on with the ingame one since a few updates back, and see if that helps your scenario.

ohh, mb it will help. I will do it tomorrow. and btw i already working/playing with nvidia vsync i forgot about it

its the "stalling" that is the issue , every so often it freezes for 200~500ms
as it loads resources, then the FPS tanks & it is fine for a while.

Glad your averages are better has mine was different to your issue, i was trying to cap the fps to 60 but the ingame vsync wasn`t putting a cap on the fps, but using nvidia`s vsync it then capped it to 60 fps. So i was hoping that using nvidia`s control panel it would have helped with the results you was expecting being your pc is slightly higher spec than mine.

will try this, i dont know if 16 gb is part of the problem (i mean its not even taking all 16 gb of ram anyways) but i noticed that any time night falls on wasteland my game starts to stutter like i mentioned above, this wasn't a problem on easier diff but the moment i went higher all of a sudden my game started to run slower, my fps didnt tank at all nor did anything else change but all of a sudden i was rubber banding really hard as if i was playing with 500 ms on a server (even tho it was solo), so i dont know if the zombies are the problem but something is causing my game to tank massively.

again ill try v-sync off and see if that helps the problem but i mostly think the games code on zombies are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ something up

I don't know how to cap to 90 fps, bc it is quite enough to me, reply me if you solve the problem without Nvidia:)

16gb should be plenty has i am only using 16gb and i play for 6 hours straight with no issues, although im using a rtx 3060 12gb, so if your graphics card only has 8gb vram then that could be one possible cause.
