Build height limit
Is there a limitation to how how towers can be built, or am I just building mine wrong so that at the hieght they have reached I can no longer add more bricks wtihout them just falling?

Stone Layer
Just counted and dont know if this is usefull for anyone...

Stone layer is 52 blocks deep + 3 block of dirt on top as default.
I tried to buil up to se if there is a upper limit and I got to170 blocks from bottom stone layer, before i fell of and died ;)

Jeazhus...

That sounds pretty good...

I built my towers on top of a mountain, haven't fallen of and died yet tho... Am attempting a third tower next to them to see if it's proper design will let it go higher...

Like I said it's not my post, but he did the work that you where looking for. Sounds about right to me since it's seems to be near what you could do in Minecraft.

I am sure you can build higher, I just were unlucky to fall of. But 170 blocks give you over 145 blocks at "sea" level.

Remember to use powerpoles to support your structure.

Good Luck

I never thought about powerpoles really, I've been building with mostly stone blocks...

One tower is 14 floors high, the other is equally high, but less floors as it is more direct...

I learned a lot tho, and the third tower I am going to try to build even taller... Maybe there is a sky box in game that can be reached or something so that no more blocks will attatch... Even torches won't click onto the top parts of my towers now... They have to go directly on top..
