How to set up a dedicated server Using Hamachi?
I use hamachi to port forward but don't really know how to get a dedicated server up and running on Alpha 5 of 7 days to die. Does anyone know how to? Thanks In advance.

If you're already running Hamachi you can just make a server normally from the "new game" menu.
You don't have to make it dedicated, but if you want I can explain how.

I was about to, but there's a really elaborate sticky thread here on how to.
Only other thing I imagine you need is explanation to what the values mean in "serverconfig.xml"

As for Hamachi, you just have to have it running with a network, and people in it. The only difference is that you would be using a Hamachi IP to host, not your usual one (it usually starts with something like 25.XX.XXX.XX)

It's different now. you don't need hamachi for a private server anymore. you can do it from in game now.

I tried it from ingame, friend just get connecting and it never connects, does it take quite a while. Tried using steam friends join game too. No luck

Any suggestions on how to fix
