Land Claim Block Question

If I've placed a land claim on one of the named houses/residences (Curren Residence) will it prevent missions being placed there or it respwaning?

Or will it instead destroy my stuff when it respawns?

Quests: yeah, it'll prevent quests from being offered to you.

Loot respawning: it should respawn, so long as you're away long enough, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe someone else can answer that.

No, any of the times I have used a land claim it has prevented the respawn of goodies.

Depending on how often you've set the loot to respawn, place an item (a piece of paper etc) in the containers/boxes/loot chests in the location, and go back to those containers after the allotted time, remove the item you've let in there and the loot will then respawn.

Yes to both. LCBs, vehicles, and your most recently placed bedroll will prevent your base from resetting AND prevent your base from being a quest location. LCBs used to be an optional multiplayer thing, but now they're essential if you want to keep your base.

Actually, I have to amend that. Vehicles prevent chunk reset. I don't know if they prevent a POI from being used as a quest location.

I got my answer thank you. The house was in a convenient space, I was just wanting to make sure that a quest wouldn't overwrite my stuff.
