So for instance my save world location would be:
c:\Users\StuntPanda\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\Navezgane\
You'll need to show hidden folders to see the AppData folder. Google "show hidden folders windows" to learn how to do that.

It is in ~/.local/share/7DaysToDie/Saves/ of the user that runs the server.
Since you already necro'd this. I'd just like to point out that if you start the game from steam, you can choose show game launcher instead of start game.
From the launcher there is a tools tab. On the tools tab are buttons to open the save game folder directly
