<property name="GameName" value="My Game"/> <!-- Whatever you want the game name to be THIS CONTROLS THE RANDOM GENERATION SEED -->

serverconfig.xml

So - your game name is the RG seed? If so, this should be changed.

Correct, GameName is the Random Seed.
ServerName is how you uniquely identify your server.

Yes, but doesn't the game's name generate a seed number? I thought it did, but can't find anything that seems to be related to a world seed. I also don't see any serverconfig.xml files on the server control panel.

It doesn't develop any visible external number (I think you mean like Minecraft where you give and alpha seed and it shows the numeric?).
I'm not sure what server control panel you are referring too but the game is configured via that XML file. Some 3rd party managers and hosted front-ends have what amounts to a wrapper for the config file that handles the changes for you, but the server still uses the xml in the background. You'd have to look into seeing how it is configured for your particular host/software.

I think that's the issue (webhost's wrapper) I'm having, but thanks for clearing that up. I'm pretty sure I've got it now.
