Blue screen on game launch

Everytime I launch the game, it loads the green progress bar, and then gives my PC a bluescreen. I feel like it's related to these recent patches, cause I was able to play the game fine without issues pre-patch.

Is anyone else having these issues?

no BSOD for me, but it completly freeze my pc when i clic on the desktop icon, open the launcher window (wih loading things etc..) and bam ! freeze... need to hard restart the pc with power button :/

Microsolf is saying it's hardware. Check the fans ur pc maybe over heating when launching the game. 7days uses lots of memory windows can't find a place to put the memory so you get the blue screen of death. Powersupply fans go out fast even faster if you or someone smokes in the same room.

its definitly an 7D2D problem, specifically with the anticheat system. try 2 time with anticheat = 2 time freeze /hard restart pc. launch via steam without anticheat = work perfectly

yes, works without anti cheat (so this cannot be related to any kind of hardware issue can it?), but not with, as of alpha 12. In alpha 11 sometimes it worked with anti cheat following a reset after the BSOD. Versions before that never failed.

Unfortunately this rules me out from playing with anyone online unles I want to play with people who want to cheat.

One of the member staff of EAC sent me a email saying they were investigating the problem at the end of July. Looking how long this problem has been going on, my opinion is they have either no idea what's causing this BSOD or they gave up unfortunately.
