Disappearing GUI/HUD

Ok, my apologies if someone else has already dealt with this, but has anyone had an issue with thier HUD/GUI disappearing? Im not sure what key(s) i hit (in the esc/tilde area) but something or some combination has made my HUD disappear (ive done this 3-4 timess already) and i cant figure out what it is i hit that made it happen. I usually have to ctr/alt/del and shut down the game and restart it to get it back. I'm just trying to avoid doing this in the future. Thanks for any advice

F7 turned off the hud and turned it back on again as well.

look this may be an old quote buti have the same problem but F7 does not work

Just lost my toolbar, but have the corsshair...f7 toggles the crosshair but doesn't bring back the rest of the gui

Having the same issue happened after the update. Anyone find a fix yet?

Any luck guys with a fix? F7 does nothing for me except crosshairs
